I am currently in the process of building lab environment to test VMware NSX network virtualization platform. Making network diagrams is a tedious process. There are many automated diagraming tools, however, those are all for existing networks. For any fellow networking/virtualization professionals that may be tasked with building a NSX lab, here is a fairly complete NSX infrastructure diagram that you can use as a starting point (see screenshot below). Simply modify the number of ESXi hosts, IP addresses, and other relevant components for your specific lab scenario.
